What happened to new grounds, they removed 2 animations saying they have poor quality, I understand the point of keeping the best quality animations, but I'm a little disappointed :/

"New grounds" didn't remove your animations. At least, not in the literal sense of the expression - the website in itself hasn't done anything against them.
In any case, if anyone would have removed your animations, it would have been a member of the Moderation Team, and because it would have been breaking some certain guideline of the Content Submission Guidelines (in this case, the Movie Submission Guidelines), but that's not what happened in this case - what happened here is that both of your animations got blammed. They didn't get enough score to pass the Under Judgement, and in consequence, they ended up getting deleted from the Portal and sent to the Obituaries.
They got a score of "0.98/5.00" and "0.88/5.00", respectively. Here you have both of them, and also a guide which contains further information about Blams and Saves and the minimum of score (and numbers of votes) you need for getting your animations pass the Under Judgement, at the following links:
